Refund policy
We hope you love everything you order, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered!
We cannot stress enough, PLEASE USE the SIZE CHARTS when ordering!
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us right away at twistedmoms@twistedmoms.com. Send clear photos of the issue. Make sure to keep the original packaging, especially the plastic wrapping and invoice.
** Store Credit Only: As a small business, we do not offer refunds/exchanges.
** Once Approved: We’ll send you the return address once your request is approved.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be in its original plastic wrapping or paper.
• Must be packed in a mailer bag or outer wrapping
• Return must be postmarked within 5 DAYS of receiving your item
Once your return is confirmed and tracking information is received, we’ll issue you Store Credit to your account for the full cost of the item(s) returned. If you'd like a different item or size, a Store Credit can be used to place a new order once a Return is complete. The Store Credit will be stored in your customer account.
